Two individuals sought by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were apprehended by the Franklin Division of Police following a pursuit involving a suspected stolen vehicle early Sunday morning in Dayton, Ohio. The Franklin DoP reported that officers spotted a black Dodge Charger, believed to have been involved in multiple vehicle thefts in Warren County, which had evaded West Chester Twp. Police earlier. The officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on I-75 north near the 36-mile marker, but the vehicle fled, leading to a brief chase that ended with a PIT maneuver. The Clayton Police Department confirmed that the vehicle was indeed stolen. Subsequently, both suspects were arrested without any further issues. The driver, who had an outstanding warrant for alleged homicide, and the passenger, who had an active warrant for alleged aggravated robbery, are now facing charges.
