Operation Make D.C. Safe & Beautiful: President Trump's Impact on Crime Reduction in the District
The U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro, highlighted the increased prosecution of crime in the District, attributing it to President Donald Trump's surge in federal law enforcement resources. The Operation Make D.C. As a result of the increased prosecution and tougher enforcement, crime rates in D.C. have shown a significant decline, with reductions in homicide, robbery, and carjacking incidents.
