Mike Campbell and The Dirty Knobs to Open for Chris Stapleton on All-American Road Show Tour

Mike Campbell, the guitarist for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and his band The Dirty Knobs have secured an opening slot on Chris Stapleton's upcoming All-American Road Show tour. The tour is scheduled to begin on May 25 in Nashville, with The Dirty Knobs slated to open the show on October 2 in Bristow, Virginia. A ticket presale for all tour dates will start on January 15 at 10 a.m. local time, followed by general ticket sales on January 16 at 10 a.m. local time.

This collaboration between Campbell and The Dirty Knobs and Stapleton is not new, as they have previously toured together during Stapleton's 2025 tour. Additionally, the artists have worked together on various musical projects in the past. Stapleton made an appearance on The Dirty Knobs' 2024 album, Vagabonds, Virgins and Misfits, on the track "Don't Wait Up." Campbell reciprocated by appearing on Stapleton's 2020 album, Starting Over, and co-writing two songs on the record.
