2026 MLB Season on NBC and Peacock: Full Schedule and Exciting Lineup
Get ready for the return of Major League Baseball to NBC and Peacock in 2026 with an exciting lineup of exclusive games and special programming. The season kicks off with an Opening Day doubleheader on March 26, featuring the Pittsburgh Pirates facing the New York Mets and the Los Angeles Dodgers raising their championship banner before taking on the Arizona Diamondbacks.
NBC will showcase 27 primetime MLB games throughout the season, including the debut of Sunday Night Baseball on March 29 with a matchup between the Mariners and the Guardians. The MLB Sunday Leadoff schedule starts on May 3 with the Toronto Blue Jays visiting the Twins, and on July 5, all 15 MLB games will be nationally broadcast as part of a special all-day “Star-Spangled Sunday” showcase.
In addition to the regular season games, NBC Sports will stream one out-of-market game daily on Peacock. Telemundo Deportes will provide Spanish-language coverage of all NBCUniversal-produced MLB games, while Universo will televise all games broadcast on NBC.
