Rock & Brews Detroit: Elevating Dining and Entertainment in Royal Oak

Rock & Brews, a restaurant co-founded by KISS members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, is set to open its first location in Michigan this spring in Royal Oak. The three-story space, formerly occupied by Hop Cat, will feature a dining area, a concert space, and a rooftop lounge with a DJ. The restaurant will offer a blend of high-quality food, drinks, and a music-centric atmosphere that aligns with the energy of Royal Oak. The concept aims to elevate the dining and entertainment experience for patrons when it opens in March.

The Royal Oak location of Rock & Brews will showcase scratch-made American classic dishes, signature drinks, and a selection of Michigan craft beers on tap. The venue will also boast over 30 televisions and a 16-foot LED screen for sports and entertainment viewing. The restaurant is currently hiring for various positions, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff. Interested individuals can apply by emailing [email protected].

"We’re thrilled to introduce a Rock & Brews Restaurant and Concert Bar to Detroit Rock City," expressed Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons in a joint statement. The duo emphasized their dedication to creating a destination that reflects their passion for music and community engagement. The Royal Oak establishment aims to deliver an immersive experience that resonates with the vibrant culture of the city and embodies the essence of Rock & Brews' brand.

In collaboration with private investors, Tony Yezbick, co-owner of Rock & Brews, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming launch in Downtown Royal Oak. The team is committed to upholding the restaurant's reputation for blending exceptional food, drinks, and music in a dynamic setting. With a focus on providing a memorable dining and entertainment experience, Rock & Brews looks forward to becoming a valued addition to the Royal Oak community.
