Zach Bryan's 'With Heaven on Top' Acoustic Album: A Raw and Reflective Journey
Zach Bryan surprised fans by releasing an acoustic version of his latest album, "With Heaven on Top," just three days after the original album dropped. In an Instagram post, Bryan expressed his anticipation of criticism for the original album's production and decided to record all the songs acoustically in a room by himself. The acoustic version, released with 24 stripped-down tracks, adds to the full album, totaling 49 tracks. Bryan recorded the reflective songs during the past winter in Oklahoma, moving between three different houses to capture the essence of the music. He shared that this album felt different and special, like recording music with his best friends again. The alternate cover art for the acoustic version features a mustached man with a colorful lei necklace, taken from a painting in one of the recording locations. Bryan's upcoming tour, "With Heaven On Tour," will kick off in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 7, with a lineup of talented artists joining him on tour stops in the United States and Europe.
