Arrest Made in Connection to Fatal Shooting at Salt Lake Church Funeral
A suspect linked to a fatal shooting at a Salt Lake church during a funeral was arrested for obstruction of justice. Ryan Daniel Toutai, 32, was taken into custody a week after the incident.
