Former Alabama Cornerback Cam Calhoun Joins Ohio State: A Look at His Journey and Impact on the Buckeyes

Ohio State has added former Alabama cornerback Cam Calhoun to their roster. Calhoun, a Cincinnati native, previously played for Michigan and Utah before joining the Buckeyes. He was a four-star prospect when he signed with the Wolverines in 2023 and later transferred to Utah, where he played in 11 games and recorded 21 tackles with an interception. In his one season with Alabama, Calhoun appeared in seven games and played 51 snaps. At Ohio State, he is expected to be a backup cornerback behind Jermaine Mathews and Devin Sanchez.
