Umphrey’s McGee Rocks Aspen: A Recap of the 2026 Sky’s The Limit Tour Finale at Belly Up Aspen

Umphrey’s McGee performed in Aspen, Colorado, to conclude their two-night stay as part of the 2026 Sky’s The Limit Tour. The progressive rock band delivered a dynamic show at Belly Up Aspen, playing a mix of old favorites and a debut cover of a Grateful Dead song. The evening kicked off with the classic "In the Kitchen" followed by "Deeper" and "Hiccup." The band also treated the audience to a rare performance of Ali Baba’s Tahini track "Pork Chop Pie" before launching into hits like "FF" and "Draconian." The first set closed with a high-energy rendition of David Bowie’s "Let’s Dance."
After a break, Umphrey’s McGee returned for the second set with the fan-favorite "Utopian Fir" and surprised fans with their debut cover of the Grateful Dead’s "Jack Straw" in honor of Bob Weir. The band seamlessly weaved the Dead classic into their setlist, creating a memorable moment for the audience. The main set concluded with a medley of "Wappy Strawberry" and "40’s Theme" before an explosive encore of "Cemetery Walk II." Umphrey’s McGee will continue their tour with a series of shows at Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colorado, followed by 33 more stops across the country before their Deep Dive destination festival in April.
