BYU Cougars Football Program Adds Oregon Transfer Roger Saleapaga to Tight End Lineup

BYU Cougars football program is set to welcome a new addition to their tight end lineup as Oregon transfer and former Orem High standout Roger Saleapaga has committed to the team. Standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing 245 pounds, Saleapaga had limited playing time during his two seasons with the Ducks before deciding to enter the transfer portal. A 3-star prospect from Orem, Saleapaga will bolster the Cougars' tight end group, which is in need of depth following the departure of Carsen Ryan. The addition of Saleapaga comes after the recent acquisition of USC transfer Walker Lyons, further strengthening BYU's tight end roster. Notably, Saleapaga is the brother of former BYU offensive lineman Keanu Saleapaga.
