God of War Series: Teresa Palmer Cast as Phoebe/Sif in Prime Video's Epic Adaptation

Teresa Palmer has been cast in the upcoming Prime Video series God of War, based on the popular video game. She will play the role of Phoebe/Sif, Thor's wife and the goddess of family. The series, which has received a two-season order, follows the journey of Kratos and his son Atreus as they spread the ashes of their wife and mother, Faye. Kratos, a Spartan and god, teaches his son to be a better god while Atreus tries to teach his father to be a better human.
The show is being produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios in association with PlayStation Productions and Tall Ship Productions. The series is created by Ronald D. Moore and features a star-studded cast including Ryan Hurst as Kratos. The story follows Kratos' quest for redemption after making a deal with the Greek God of War, Ares, and losing his soul in exchange for victory in battle.
