Meet Tennessee Football's Newest Quarterback: Ryan Staub

Tennessee football has successfully added a new quarterback to their roster through the transfer portal. Ryan Staub, who recently completed his redshirt sophomore season at Colorado, has joined the Vols. Staub appeared in five games, starting one, and recorded 427 passing yards, three touchdowns, and four interceptions. He also scored a rushing touchdown and gained 30 yards on the ground. With Staub's addition, Tennessee now has three scholarship quarterbacks for the upcoming 2026 season, including true freshman Faizon Brandon and redshirt freshman George MacIntyre. The trio will compete for the starting quarterback position in the upcoming season.
