Sammy Hagar and Rick Springfield Announce Summer Tour: Best of All Worlds
Sammy Hagar and Rick Springfield are set to embark on a six-date tour this summer, starting on June 13 in St. Louis and wrapping up on June 24 in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Hagar's Best of All Worlds tour will feature former Van Halen members Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani, and Kenny Aronoff, along with keyboardist Gregg Phillanganes filling in for Ray Thistlewayte. Springfield and Hagar's musical connection dates back to 1981 when Springfield covered Hagar's hit song "I've Done Everything for You." The two rock stars also collaborated on a line of rums and a song titled "Party at the Beach Bar." Tickets for the tour go on sale on January 16, with pre-sales starting on January 13.
