Tragic Crash Claims Life of 19-Year-Old Woman in Falmouth, Maine
A tragic incident occurred in Falmouth, Maine, as a 19-year-old woman lost her life in a crash on a Saturday afternoon. The Maine State Police responded to the scene at the Falmouth Spur eastbound near the I-295 north on-ramp after Joamaliz Orozco from East Hartford, Connecticut, veered off the road and hit a guardrail. Despite being taken to Maine Medical Center, Orozco was pronounced dead by authorities. The police suspect that the inclement weather and slippery roads on that day contributed to the accident. An investigation into the crash is currently underway.
