The estate of Doherty claims that Kurt Iswarienko did not meet certain financial obligations outlined in the settlement agreement. Iswarienko is disputing the jurisdiction of the court to enforce the settlement, arguing that it was filed in the wrong court. Despite this, the estate asserts that Iswarienko still owes money as per the settlement terms and has not fulfilled obligations such as selling a property in Texas, returning Doherty's belongings, and providing a set of photographs. The couple, who were married for over 11 years, parted ways in December 2023 after Doherty discovered her husband's infidelity.
