Nicole Kidman has reportedly sold her three-bedroom apartment in Sydney for $8.5 million. The luxury residence is located on the 15th floor of the Latitude complex in Milson's Point, offering breathtaking views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Kidman purchased the apartment in 2023 for $7.725 million, making a profit of $775,000 from the sale. The buyer of the property was identified as winemaker David Madson.
Kidman and Keith Urban recently finalized their divorce, agreeing to split their $282 million property portfolio. This includes multiple apartments in a high-rise block in Sydney, a Manhattan duplex, and mansions in Beverly Hills and Nashville. Urban has been rumored to be in a relationship with country singer Karley Scott Collins, but she denied the speculation that they are living together.
Collins performed as an opening act on Urban's "High and Alive" tour in 2025 and is set to perform with him at the Lakefront Music Fest in Minnesota this summer. Urban has expressed his desire to simplify his life following his divorce from Kidman after 19 years of marriage.
