Nicole Kidman's Property Portfolio: Divorce Settlement, Luxury Sales, and Custody Agreement

Nicole Kidman recently finalized her divorce from Keith Urban and has sold one of her Sydney apartments for $8.5 million. The three-bedroom apartment was purchased in 2023 for $7.725 million and was sold to winemaker David Madson in mid-2025. The luxury pad, located on the 15th floor of the Latitude complex, offered stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

Following their divorce, Nicole and Keith will divide their property portfolio, which includes multiple homes in various locations. They owned several apartments in a high-rise block in Sydney, a Manhattan duplex, a Beverly Hills residence, a Nashville mansion, and an estate in Australia's Southern Highlands. Most of these properties were acquired during their 19-year marriage, with a collective value of $27.5 million.

Nicole is reportedly keeping Nashville as her main base to raise their two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. The custody agreement stipulates that the girls will primarily reside with their mother for about 306 days a year, with their father having them for approximately 59 days. Major holidays will be split between the parents, with Nicole having the girls on Mother's Day and Easter, while Keith will have them on Father's Day and Thanksgiving.

In a previous interview with Vogue Australia, Nicole expressed her gratitude for finding love with Keith and described their relationship as a source of stability in the unpredictable entertainment industry. The couple's daily routine of going for walks and holding hands has been a cornerstone of their bond, creating a unique connection that they cherish.
