Celebrating Excellence: 2026 Camera Operator of the Year Nominees Announced

The Society of Camera Operators has revealed the nominees for the 2026 Camera Operator of the Year awards in both film and TV categories. The film nominees include Colin Anderson for "One Battle After Another" and "Marty Supreme," Lukasz Bielan and Natasha Mullan for "F1," Gilles Corbeil and James Frater for "Frankenstein," and Michael Fuchs and Kate Roberson for "Weapons." On the TV side, Erdem Ertal and Aymae Sulick are nominated for "The Pitt," Mark Goellnicht for "The Studio," Scott Maguire and Mark Schmidt for "Severance," Jim McConkey, Fanny Coustenoble, and Niknaz Tavakolian for "Etoile," and Nick Müller for "Stranger Things."

The winners will be announced during the SOC Awards ceremony on March 7, with watch parties in Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta.
