Rock Out with Rick Springfield at Oaklawn Event Center!

Renowned artist Rick Springfield will be performing live at the Oaklawn Event Center in Hot Springs on Friday, May 1, at 7 p.m. With a career spanning over 40 years, Springfield has excelled in music, film, television, and literature. He is best known for his ’80s power-pop hits, including "Jessie’s Girl," "Don’t Talk to Strangers," "Love Somebody," and "Human Touch." In addition to his musical success, Springfield has made a mark as an actor, appearing in various projects such as "Ricki and the Flash," "True Detective," "Supernatural," and "American Horror Story."
Springfield's talents extend beyond music and acting to writing. His memoir "Late, Late at Night" and novel "Magnificent Vibration" have received critical acclaim, with the former being recognized as one of the greatest rock memoirs by Rolling Stone. He was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2014 and currently hosts a popular show on SiriusXM called "Working Class DJ" on 80s on 8. Springfield recently released "Automatic," his first album of new original material in five years.
