Collins revealed that he faced a series of health setbacks, including contracting COVID-19 while in the hospital and experiencing kidney problems. Despite undergoing five knee surgeries, he now has only one functioning knee that allows him to walk with assistance.

In addition to his physical health challenges, Collins also discussed his journey to sobriety, celebrating two years of being sober. He acknowledged that his past drinking habits had taken a toll on his kidneys, leading to health complications. Collins admitted to drinking excessively after tours, which eventually caught up with him and landed him in the hospital for months. Despite the difficulties he faced in recent years, Collins expressed that he is now in a better place and has come to terms with his health struggles.
