SNL Introduces The Trumps: A Hilarious Awards Show Parody

Saturday Night Live introduced a new awards show called the Trumps on its latest episode. James Austin Johnson portrayed Donald Trump as the host of the event, where various awards were presented, including best picture and best kiss. Mike Myers also made an appearance as Elon Musk to accept an award. Trump expressed his delight at winning multiple awards and made a humorous acceptance speech. Musk received the Lifetime Achievement Award for Comedy and delivered a deadpan acceptance speech.
The show featured a faux Carrie Underwood and the construction worker from the Village People in a skit mocking Trump's potential 2025 inauguration. Teyana Taylor hosted the episode, marking her SNL debut shortly after receiving an Academy Award nomination and winning a Golden Globe. Geese performed as the musical guest. Next week's episode will feature Alexander Skarsgard as the host and Cardi B as the musical guest.
