Christian Joel Young, 28, faces charges of aggravated burglary, assault, and assault of an elected official. The incident occurred at the High West Distillery during a private event, where Young allegedly made racially charged comments and physically attacked the victims. Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost was one of the victims who reported being punched in the face by Young. Security staff detained Young after the assault, and he was later arrested and booked into the Summit County Jail.
