George Strait's Two-Night Performance at Austin's Moody Center and Ne-Yo & Akon's Nights Like This Tour: Get Your Tickets Now!

Country music legend George Strait has announced a special two-night performance at Austin's Moody Center on April 9 and 11. This marks his first public show since 2024, when he set a record for the largest ticketed concert in the U.S. Strait, known for hits like "Amarillo by Morning," will showcase songs from his latest album, Cowboys and Dreamers, along with some of his classic tunes.
Strait, who headlined the Moody Center's debut in 2022, will be joined by rising country star William Beckmann for the upcoming shows. Beckmann, a South Texan, blends country with red dirt and 1950s pop influences, drawing from his Del Rio roots. His album, Whiskey Lies & Alibis, was released in June 2025.
Presale tickets for the Moody Center performances are available now, with general sales starting on January 30. If you miss the Austin shows, don't worry. George Strait will also be performing in Lubbock on April 24 and 25, supported by Miranda Lambert and Zach Top.
In a separate event, R&B artists Ne-Yo and Akon will embark on a co-headlining tour called Nights Like This in 2026. The tour will kick off in Vancouver on June 17 and include stops in Houston, Dallas, and Austin. Ne-Yo, celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut album, will share the stage with Akon, known for hits like "Don't Matter" and "I Wanna Love You."
Tickets for the Nights Like This tour will be available through a Citi presale, with general sales starting on January 30 at LiveNation.com. Don't miss the chance to catch these iconic artists live in concert on their upcoming tour.
