Driver Arrested After Repeatedly Crashing Car Into Brooklyn Synagogue Entrance

A driver was apprehended after repeatedly crashing his car into the entrance of a Brooklyn synagogue late Wednesday night. The incident, captured in a video circulating on social media, showed the gray Honda Sedan with New Jersey plates backing up and ramming into a side entrance of Chabad Lubavitch World Headquarters in Crown Heights multiple times. The NYPD responded to the scene following a motor vehicle collision at around 8:45 p.m. The car had collided with the doors of a sloped driveway at the synagogue, causing damage to the entrance.

In the video footage, the driver can be seen exiting the vehicle and claiming that the incident was accidental, stating, "I dunno, it slipped! It slipped, you f–king a–hole!" Witnesses at the scene identified the driver to the police, leading to his prompt arrest. The driver's erratic behavior and the circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation by the authorities. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries as a result of the collision.
