Harry Styles Faces Backlash Over High Ticket Prices for Together, Together Tour

Harry Styles is facing criticism for the high ticket prices of his upcoming Together, Together tour. Despite pledging to donate a portion of the proceeds from his Wembley Stadium shows to charity, fans are upset about the steep costs. The 31-year-old singer-songwriter is embarking on his first major tour since 2023, with 50 shows scheduled worldwide, including stops in New York, London, Amsterdam, São Paulo, Mexico City, Melbourne, and Sydney. Fans expressed frustration on social media when Amex VIP pre-sales opened, with tickets ranging from £44.10 to £725.45 in the U.K. and VIP packages reaching up to $1,667 in New York.
Many fans took to social media to criticize the high ticket prices, with some saying that live music has become a privilege only for the wealthy. Despite the backlash, demand for tickets remained high, with 11.5 million fans attempting to purchase tickets for the New York shows. Harry Styles announced that £1 from every ticket sold at Wembley Stadium would be donated to LIVE Trust, an organization supporting grassroots music venues in the U.K. While some fans appreciated the gesture, others felt that the donation was insignificant compared to the overall ticket prices. General sales for the tour will begin on January 28.
