Ticketmaster Announces Reclaimed Tickets for Ariana Grande's 'Eternal Sunshine' Tour to be Sold Directly to Fans

Ariana Grande fans were disappointed when tickets for her "Eternal Sunshine" tour sold out quickly in September 2025. However, Ticketmaster has announced that they have reclaimed tickets from those who violated their terms and will be selling them directly to fans next month. Ticketmaster worked with Grande's team to cancel a small portion of tickets that were purchased in violation of the terms. Fans who had their tickets canceled will have the opportunity to participate in a request process or lottery system in February to access tickets.

Ticketmaster's focus is on ensuring that the reissued tickets go directly to fans. Those who had their tickets canceled on the secondary market will be given priority under the new plan. Grande shared Ticketmaster's statement on her Instagram Stories, expressing her gratitude to fans for their patience and promising more information soon.

The "Eternal Sunshine" tour marks Grande's return to the stage after seven years. The tour will kick off on June 6 at Oakland Arena and will include stops in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Atlanta until September. Grande hinted in an interview that this tour might be her "last hurrah" and that it might be a while before she goes on tour again.
