Trump also mentioned that the distance to the Super Bowl venue in San Francisco played a role in his decision not to attend. Despite this, he acknowledged that he has had positive experiences at previous Super Bowls and that the event organizers appreciate him.
In the previous year, President Trump made history by becoming the first sitting president to attend a Super Bowl. He was present at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, where the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles.
