Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Farewell Ride with Tom Hamilton: A Muppet Makeover Coming Soon!
This week at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, a crowd gathered in front of Disney’s Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith for a special celebrity sighting. Tom Hamilton, the bassist and founding member of Aerosmith, visited the park to take one last ride on the coaster before it undergoes a re-imagining. The ride will no longer feature the Aerosmith branding and will instead be themed around “The Muppets.” The coaster is set to close on March 1st, with the new “Muppets” version expected to open this Summer.
