Incident of Indecent Behavior at Central Florida Vacation Resort Leads to Arrest
A man in Central Florida was arrested at a family-friendly vacation resort for indecent behavior. The 51-year-old suspect was accused of being nude or partially clothed in public areas and engaging in inappropriate acts with a vacuum cleaner outside a residence. Witnesses reported the incidents to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, leading to an investigation.
Law enforcement responded to complaints from residents at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee after witnessing the suspect exposing himself on Grassendale Street. Despite the suspect leaving before their arrival, witnesses provided statements and video evidence of the incidents. The suspect was identified as Kevin Dale Westerhold of Oviedo, who was associated with short-term rental properties in the resort community.
Neighbors had previously reported similar behavior to the homeowners’ association, prompting further investigation. Westerhold was arrested by the Oviedo Police Department near his home and charged with exposure of sexual organs. The sheriff’s office is urging anyone with additional information or similar encounters to come forward to assist in the ongoing case.
