BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG: A Global Spectacle on Netflix
BTS is making a highly anticipated comeback with a global live performance on Netflix in March. The group, consisting of RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, will reunite for their first full-group live performance in nearly four years. The event, titled BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, will be streamed worldwide on Netflix on March 21, following the release of their fifth studio album, ARIRANG, on March 20.
The live concert will take place at Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square, a historic location in front of Gyeongbokgung Palace. This marks BTS's first on-stage appearance as a complete group since their hiatus began in late 2022. The performance will feature songs from their new album as well as tracks from their existing catalogue, creating an exciting experience for fans around the world.
In addition to the live concert, Netflix will also release a feature-length documentary titled BTS: THE RETURN on March 27. Directed by Bao Nguyen and produced by This Machine and HYBE, the documentary follows BTS as they reunite after completing their mandatory military service in South Korea. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at the making of ARIRANG and the group's creative process as they prepare for their next chapter.
BTS's return on Netflix is not just a comeback but a significant pop culture moment for 2026. The group, which has gained immense popularity since their debut in 2013, has a dedicated fanbase known as ARMY that spans across the globe. Following the Netflix live concert, BTS will kick off the ARIRANG World Tour, with 82 shows in 34 regions worldwide.
