Recall Alert: Beacon Promotion Inc. Issues Recall for 6,000 Units of Repackaged M&M Products Due to Missing Allergen Warnings
A recall has been issued for over 6,000 units of repackaged M&M products by Beacon Promotion Inc. due to missing allergen warnings for peanuts, soy, and milk. The recall covers 1.3-ounce packs of Peanut M&M’s and classic M&M’s sold in promotional packaging with various labels. The repackaged M&M’s Peanut candies can be identified by the “Make Your Mark” label with lot code M1823200 and a “best by” date of April 30, 2026. The regular repackaged M&M’s have different lot codes and “best by” dates. The recalled products were distributed in 20 states, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
