The legal dispute between Lively and Baldoni originated from allegations of sexual misconduct made by Lively against Baldoni during the filming of It Ends With Us. Baldoni refuted the claims and filed a countersuit, which was subsequently dismissed by the court. The case is scheduled to go to trial on May 18, 2026, following the unsuccessful settlement conference.
