Blue Eyes Film Acquires Worldwide Rights to Love, Wine & Valentine and Manipulation

Blue Eyes Film, a UK-based sales firm, has acquired worldwide rights to two films, including the upcoming romantic comedy Love, Wine & Valentine. The movie, directed by Tam Sainsbury and written by Jeremy Stanford, tells the story of Sophie, a vineyard owner who tries to set up her ex-partner with a new love interest, Valentine, leading to an unexpected friendship between Sophie and Valentine. Production is scheduled to start in Queensland, Australia on February 23, with filming taking place in the region's wine country. The cast includes Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Lincoln Lewis, Alys Crocker, and Bernard Curry.

Love, Wine & Valentine is produced by Jessica Butland, Jeremy Stanford, and Tam Sainsbury, with Michael Cowan from Blue Eyes Film and Jayney Mackie from Pink Flamingo Media Group serving as executive producers. The film is financed by Screen Queensland, Scout Financial, and Blue Eyes Film / Pink Flamingo Media Group, with Radioactive Pictures securing the Australia-New Zealand theatrical rights. According to Cowan, the film offers uplifting, female-forward, feel-good entertainment with real heart.

In addition to Love, Wine & Valentine, Blue Eyes Film has also acquired the rights to Manipulation, an English-language conspiracy thriller directed by Czech filmmaker David Balda. The film explores the hidden control exerted by a powerful elite group on society through manipulation embedded within political structures and the Christian church. Manipulation features a cast that includes Arnaud Binard from Emily In Paris and has already secured theatrical distribution deals for various territories, including Germany, Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with releases planned for this year.

Both Love, Wine & Valentine and Manipulation will be presented to buyers and festival programmers at the European Film Market (EFM). Blue Eyes Film, with offices in London, Los Angeles, and Rome, is actively selling both titles at the market, aiming to attract global interest and distribution opportunities. The company's involvement in these projects highlights its commitment to offering diverse and engaging content to audiences worldwide.
