Blue Jays Welcome Kazuma Okamoto, Jesus Sanchez, and Jesse Hahn to Spring Training Camp

Third baseman Kazuma Okamoto and outfielder Jesus Sanchez have officially joined the Toronto Blue Jays' spring training camp in Dunedin. Okamoto, who also plays right field, signed a lucrative four-year deal with the Blue Jays after a successful career with the Yomiuri Giants in Nippon Professional Baseball. Due to visa issues, Okamoto couldn't join the team at the start of camp. Meanwhile, Sanchez was acquired in a trade with the Houston Astros for outfielder Joey Loperfido. Both players participated in drills and familiarized themselves with the Blue Jays' training complex in Florida. The Blue Jays also added right-handed pitcher Jesse Hahn to their roster on a minor-league contract with an invitation to the major-league camp.
