The Beatles - A Four-Film Cinematic Event: Meet the Star-Studded Cast

Sony Pictures has recently revealed the latest additions to the cast of director Sam Mendes' upcoming films centered around The Beatles. The project, titled The Beatles - A Four-Film Cinematic Event, will feature Farhan Akhtar, Lucy Boynton, Morfydd Clark, and Harry Lawtey in key roles. Akhtar will portray sitarist Ravi Shankar, Boynton will play Paul McCartney's girlfriend Jane Asher, Clark will take on the role of John Lennon's spouse Cynthia Lennon, and Lawtey will embody The Beatles guitarist Stuart Sutcliffe.
These new actors will join previously announced cast members Paul Mescal, Barry Keoghan, Joseph Quinn, and Harris Dickinson, who will portray the iconic Beatles members. The films will explore the band's journey from England to global stardom, culminating in their breakup in 1970.
The ensemble cast also includes Saoirse Ronan, Mia McKenna-Bruce, Anna Sawai, and Aimee Lou Wood in key roles. James Norton will play Beatles manager Brian Epstein, and Harry Lloyd will portray record producer George Martin. The films boast a talented crew, including cinematographer Greig Fraser, editor Lee Smith, and production designers Stefania Cella, Neal Callow, and Mark Tildesley, with Giles Martin serving as executive music producer.
Scheduled for a theatrical release in April 2028, these four films promise to offer a unique perspective on The Beatles' legendary career and impact on the music industry.
