Springsteen's Protest Anthem: Born In The U.S.A. Against ICE

Bruce Springsteen has allowed his iconic song 'Born In The U.S.A.' to be used in a new video protesting against ICE. The video features footage of Springsteen denouncing ICE in Minneapolis and showcases individuals who have been arrested by ICE agents, including the tragic death of Renee Good. Springsteen criticizes ICE for removing residents without due process and deporting them to detention centers and prisons.
Springsteen authorized the use of his music video and live footage, along with narration from recent concerts where he condemned Donald Trump's immigration policies. He recently performed his anti-ICE protest song 'Streets Of Minneapolis' at a benefit show organized by Tom Morello in solidarity with the victims of ICE violence. The deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, both shot by ICE agents, prompted the protest.
The Trump Administration criticized Springsteen's song as "irrelevant" and accused him of spreading inaccurate information. Despite this, other artists and celebrities, such as Billie Eilish, Green Day, Neil Young, and more, have also spoken out against ICE and supported the protest efforts. Springsteen's involvement in the anti-ICE movement reflects a growing wave of resistance against the agency's actions and policies.
