Former Toronto Blue Jays infielder Santiago Espinal has signed a minor-league deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers and will be attending their big-league camp. After a challenging 2025 season with the Cincinnati Reds, where he struggled at the plate, Espinal is looking to make a fresh start with the Dodgers. The 31-year-old spent four seasons with the Blue Jays, earning an All-Star Team selection in 2022 before being traded to the Reds in 2024. Throughout his MLB career, Espinal has maintained a .261 batting average in 578 regular season games.
