The font used in the brand’s name closely resembles Swift’s signature calligraphy, prompting her legal team to take action.
Swift’s team argued that Cathay Homes’ trademark should be rejected due to its similarity to her own calligraphy style. However, the brand claimed to have a pre-existing agreement with Swift.
