Unveiling Rare Led Zeppelin Concert Photos: A Look Back at Iconic Performances

LedZepNews recently unveiled a collection of six never-before-seen photos of Led Zeppelin's performance at Madison Square Garden in New York on July 28, 1973. These exclusive images were acquired by LedZepFilm and LedZepNews through an eBay purchase to share with fans online. The photographer's identity remains a mystery as the negatives lacked any identifying details, although prints of these photos have been in circulation among Led Zeppelin enthusiasts for some time.
In addition to the 1973 concert snapshots, the collection also features a captivating image of Led Zeppelin's show at Central Park in New York on July 21, 1969. Furthermore, a striking photograph of Jimmy Page during his tenure with The Yardbirds, likely taken during a US tour, was part of the lot. Speculations suggest that Lori Fujii, a devoted Led Zeppelin fan from Chicago, may have been the source of these images, as she captured the band's performance in Chicago in May 1969. Some of Fujii's previous shots have been sold by the same seller.
