Arizona Cardinals Unveil Plans for State-of-the-Art Performance Center and Headquarters in North Phoenix
The Arizona Cardinals are set to commence construction on their new performance center and headquarters in north Phoenix. The $100 million facility, situated at Paradise Ridge near Scottsdale Road and Loop 101, will boast three natural-grass outdoor practice fields and a fieldhouse with a full-size indoor turf field. It will also house an expanded locker room, athletic training areas, sports medicine facilities, and strength and conditioning spaces. Additionally, the center will feature dining areas, meeting rooms, and a player lounge. The new facility, occupying 30 acres and over 250,000 square feet, is slated to open in 2028.
The performance center and business operations will serve as the cornerstone of a mixed-use development site. The groundbreaking ceremony, scheduled for 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, will include speeches from representatives of the Cardinals, the City of Phoenix, and the Arizona Commerce Authority, highlighting the significance of the project for the team and the city.
