Phoebe Dynevor Stars in Romantic Comedy "Beach Read" Adaptation

Phoebe Dynevor has landed a leading role in Beach Read, a film adaptation of Emily Henry's bestselling novel. The romantic comedy follows January Andrews, a successful romance writer grappling with grief and writer's block. While at her late father's Michigan beach house, she reunites with Gus Everett, a former college rival and author. Both facing creative challenges, they embark on a summer writing challenge, swapping genres with a strict no-romance rule. But as they say, plans don't always go as expected.
Yulin Kuang, known for co-writing Netflix's People We Meet on Vacation, is directing Beach Read from her own script. Neal H. Moritz is producing the film through Original Films, with Karina Rahardja as executive producer. The project is overseen by Sarah Shepard, Catherine Hughes, and Clare Reeth's literary affairs team.
Dynevor, who recently starred in Lionsgate's Anniversary, has a busy schedule ahead. She will appear in Netflix's survival thriller Shiver, A24's Famous with Zac Efron, and M. Night Shyamalan's Remain alongside Jake Gyllenhaal. Additionally, she has completed filming for Pendulum, a thriller featuring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Norman Reedus.
The breakout star of Bridgerton is represented by WME, Luber Roklin Entertainment, and United Agents in the UK. With her diverse projects and talent, Dynevor continues to make waves in the entertainment industry.
