Man Arrested for Interstate 95 Shooting Incident in Baltimore: James Arthur Faces Charges

A man was taken into custody by the Maryland Transportation Authority police for his involvement in a shooting incident on Interstate 95. James Arthur, 52, has been charged with weapons and assault offenses related to the incident near the Hanover Street exit on northbound I-95 in Baltimore. Allegedly, Arthur fired shots at the driver of a gray Chevrolet while driving a light-blue car. He was apprehended without any issues on Thursday.
