New photos and videos from the set of the upcoming live-action “Tomb Raider” TV series on Prime Video have been revealed. Actress Sophie Turner, who portrays Lara Croft in the series, was seen filming challenging scenes in a secluded wooded area. The scenes involved intense knight fight sequences and a thrilling motorbike getaway with co-star Martin Bobb-Semple, who plays Lara’s tech support, Zip.
Earlier reports from the set showed Turner performing a parachute glide over a lake and running through the woods. Turner has dedicated a year to physical training for the role, describing it as a full-time commitment of eight hours a day, five days a week since February 2025. Filming is set to continue for several more months, and the show is expected to premiere on Prime Video in 2027.
