All You Need Is George: A Tribute to George Harrison Live in Cleveland on March 4 at The Agora

Fans of George Harrison are in for a treat as the national touring tribute show "All You Need Is George" is set to hit Cleveland on March 4 at The Agora. The show will feature music from The Beatles, the Traveling Wilburys, and Harrison's solo work. The idea for the tribute show came from guitarist Steve Kimock and percussionist Steve Lavezzoli, who both shared a deep passion for Harrison's music and his connection to Indian music.
The lineup for the tour includes Lavezzoli, Kimock, singer-guitarist Jackie Greene, bassist-guitarist Reed Mathis, bassist Berry Duane Oakley, and pianist Gil Assayas. The show will focus on Harrison's contributions to The Beatles' catalog, including iconic songs like "Taxman," "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," and "Here Comes the Sun."
Filmmaker Peter Jackson's docuseries "The Beatles: Get Back" provided new insights into Harrison's time in the band and his struggles to find his own voice amidst the shadow of Lennon and McCartney. Despite his limited contributions to The Beatles, Harrison had a successful solo career, with his album "All Things Must Pass" becoming the first No. 1 chart-topping album by a solo Beatle.
The tribute show "All You Need Is George" aims to honor Harrison's legacy and bring his music to life in a live setting. With the 25th anniversary of Harrison's passing approaching, the timing felt right to pay tribute to his music and celebrate his contributions to the world of music. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to experience the music of George Harrison live on stage.
Catch the show at The Agora on March 4 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $42 to $66 and can be purchased on Agoracleveland.com.
