Shooting Incident at Saddle Ridge Apartments in San Antonio: Teen Injured in Altercation
Late on Monday night, an 18-year-old man was shot at a northwest side apartment complex in San Antonio following an altercation. The incident took place at the Saddle Ridge Apartments on North Knoll near Babcock Road. The victim, who had been walking home from a nearby Valero, got into an argument with several other males in the apartment parking lot. During the confrontation, the teen sustained a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to University Hospital and is currently in stable condition. Authorities have not provided a suspect description or details on how the shooter fled the scene. San Antonio police, fire crews, and EMS all responded to the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.
