Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Production Begins with Kristen Bell as Amy Rose

Production has officially started on the fourth installment of the "Sonic the Hedgehog" film series at Paramount Pictures. Jeff Fowler is back in the director's chair, with Neal H. Moritz, Toby Ascher, and Toru Nakahara returning as producers. A teaser image shared by Fowler shows him holding Amy's hammer on set, surrounded by a blue screen in a grassy field.
Actress Kristen Bell, known for her roles in "Frozen," "Veronica Mars," and "Nobody Wants This," has been announced as the voice of Amy Rose, the pink hedgehog character with time-traveling abilities. Details about the plot of the new film are being kept secret. Bell joins a talented voice cast that includes Ben Schwartz as Sonic, Colleen O'Shaughnessey as Tails, Idris Elba as Knuckles, and Keanu Reeves as Shadow.
