Earl Scruggs Music Festival 2026: Lineup Announcement and Event Details
The Earl Scruggs Music Festival has announced the lineup for its fifth annual event, taking place on Labor Day Weekend, September 4-6, 2026, at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Springs, N.C. The festival will feature a stellar lineup of American roots artists, headlined by Béla Fleck: My Bluegrass Heart, Greensky Bluegrass, and The Avett Brothers.
The festival organizers have carefully curated the lineup for each day of the event. The first day, Friday, September 4, will feature performances by Béla Fleck, The Earls of Leicester with Jerry Douglas, Alison Brown Quintet, Ronda Vincent & The Rage, Della Mae, Laurie Lewis & The Right Hands, and more.
On Saturday, September 5, Greensky Bluegrass will take the stage, along with The Del McCoury Band, East Nash Grass, Special Consensus, Jacuzzi, The Scruggs Sessions Ft. Travis Book & Friends, and others.
The final day of the festival, Sunday, will showcase The Avett Brothers, Mountain Grass Unit, Lindsay Lou, Rissi Palmer, Andy Falco & Travis Books play Jerry Garcia, and other talented acts.
In honor of the festival's fifth season and its recognition as the 2025 International Bluegrass Music Association Event of the Year, a new stage named the Louise Scruggs Stage will be introduced in memory of Earl Scruggs' wife and manager. The stage will be located inside one of Tryon's equestrian arenas, providing a unique and immersive experience for festival attendees.
