Eric has since moved out and acquired his own residence close to Jessica's lavish 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 10,000-square-foot property in the Los Angeles area. Despite Jessica's previous attempts to sell the house, she recently decided to take it off the market after listing it for $22 million in 2023. The mansion, originally purchased by Jessica in 2013 from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne for $11.5 million, has been a family home where Jessica's three children also reside when not with their father.
