Tragic Car Accident Claims Life in Bismarck, North Dakota: A Reminder of Road Safety

A tragic incident occurred in Bismarck, North Dakota, as a 39-year-old man lost his life in a car accident on Sibley Drive. The North Dakota Highway Patrol reported that the driver's vehicle veered off the road and collided with trees near the intersection of Sibley Drive and Dogwood Drive. The accident took place around 12:05 p.m. when the driver of a 1989 Ford Mustang failed to navigate a curve, crossed into oncoming traffic, and ended up in the east ditch, where the vehicle struck trees.

Emergency services rushed to the scene, and the driver was transported by Metro Ambulance to CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck. Despite medical efforts, the driver succumbed to the injuries sustained in the crash. It was noted that the driver was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. The North Dakota State Patrol is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
