Hay Festival 2026: A Literary Extravaganza in the Heart of Wales

The Hay Festival has announced its extensive lineup for 2026, featuring over 500 events with prominent figures from literature, comedy, and politics. The festival's 39th spring edition will run from May 21 to May 31 in the picturesque Welsh town of Hay-on-Wye. Tickets are currently available for Hay Festival Membership+, Patrons, and Benefactors, with priority booking starting on March 11 and general booking opening on March 14.
Headlining the festival are renowned personalities such as Emma Thompson, Malala Yousafzai, Gisèle Pelicot, Mariana Mazzucato, Maggie O’Farrell, David Miliband, Dawn French, Tom Allen, Aled Jones, Bear Grylls, Emerald Fennell, Jamie Laing, and Prue Leith.
